We took the car in and the T.C. dealer not only addressed the service issue but ALSO were able to fix another problem with the fan, working with our home dealer to determine the cause of the fan coming on. (It turned out to be a broken wire that had lingered since a prior repair of struts.) Our home dealer had said nothing was wrong but the T.C. guys kept looking, found it, and fixed it. They're great. Matt Echols and Matt Doyle both very welcoming. The exceptional part is that we are only in the area over the summer but they still treated us like family." - Dennis A.
"The curb going into the dealership is not the greatest. Big bump. I think you should consider redoing it. The shuttle driver even commented he has to ask people to watch their coffee when going over it. It's a busy road so it's not always easy to go slowly over it." - Joyce G.
