What Are Winter Tires and Why Do You Need Them In Northern Michigan?
Winter is coming and your tires are not something you can ignore. Driving on snow and ice is already potentially hazardous enough. It’s important to understand the difference between regular all-season tires and their winter counterparts.
Used tires are not ideal for rain, snow or ice and all tires are not created equal. All-season tires are ideal for displacing water during summer, spring and fall, but it gets tougher in the winter when the ground is covered with that thick blanket of snow.
