(1) Rules & Regulations:
The Giveaway: Those individuals who purchase or lease a vehicle from Fox Motors between November 16, 2018 and November 30, 2018 shall be entered in a drawing to win either a 2019 Ski-Doo MXZ 600 TNT Snowmobile or a 2018 GTX 155 Jet-Ski. One entry per vehicle leased or purchased, however, customers who purchase or lease a vehicle on November 23 and 24 will be entered twice.
Odds of winning: Odds of winning will vary depending on how many vehicles are sold during designated date range.
Selection of winner. Fox will select a single winner on 12/03/18.
Taxes. The winner is solely responsible for reporting any paying any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes relating to the prize.
Publicity. Accepting the price constitutes the winner's consent to Fox's use of their name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotion purpose in any media, worldwide, without further payment of consideration.
General Conditions. Fox reserves the right to cancel or modify the drawing if fraud, technical failure, illicit activity or any other factor beyond Fox's control impairs the integrity of the drawing, as determined by Fox in its sole discretion.
