We took the car in and the T.C. dealer not only addressed the service issue but ALSO were able to fix another problem with the fan, working with our home dealer to determine the cause of the fan coming on. (It turned out to be a broken wire that had lingered since a prior repair of struts.) Our home dealer had said nothing was wrong but the T.C. guys kept looking, found it, and fixed it. They're great.
